RULES & ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

K. Sockwell called the meeting to order at 7:16PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. Kevin Sockwell and Mr. Cody Gibbons. Mr. Mike Ritter was absent.

K. Sockwell moved to adopt the minutes from 20 April 2021. Seconded by C. Gibbons. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by C. Gibbons.

K. Sockwell adjourned the meeting at 7:17PM.
