RULES & ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

Councilor R. Summers called the meeting to order at 8:21PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. Rodney Summers, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, and Mr. Mike Ritter.

K. Sockwell moved to adopt the minutes from 16 February, 2021. Seconded by M. Ritter. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

M. Ritter moved to recommend “A Resolution Affirming the Mayor’s Role in Law Enforcement” for adoption. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to recommend “An Ordinance Regulating New Construction that May Impede Access to the Shut-Off Valve or Maintenance Valve of a Utility Line” for adoption. Seconded by M. Ritter. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by M. Ritter. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Councilor R. Summer adjourned the meeting at 8:29pm.
