RULES & ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE
Chairperson Sockwell called the meeting to order at 6:25PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Mr. Cody Gibbons and Ms. Bonnie Taylor.
K. Sockwell moved to adopt the minutes from 16 November 2021. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
C. Gibbons moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
K. Sockwell adjourned the meeting at 6:26PM.
