RULES & ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

Chairperson K. Sockwell called the meeting to order at 6:50PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. Kevin Sockwell, and Ms. Bonnie Taylor. Mr. Cody Gibbons was absent.

B. Taylor moved to adopt the minutes from 15 March 2022. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

Chairperson K. Sockwell adjourned the meeting at 6:51PM.
