RULES & ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

C. Gibbons called the meeting to order at 6:13PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. Cody Gibbons and Ms. Bonnie Taylor. Mr. Kevin Sockwell was absent.

C. Gibbons moved to excuse K. Sockwell. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

B. Taylor moved to adopt the minutes from 19 October 2021. Seconded by C. Gibbons. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

B. Taylor moved to not recommend the ordinance regulating the removal of tall grass or weeds. Seconded by C. Gibbons. Both parties felt the ordinance was too restrictive and not an improvement to the ordinances already in place. Motion carried unanimously.

C. Gibbons moved to recommend the resolution establishing a special revenue fund and authorizing the deposit of funds into such account. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

B. Taylor moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by C. Gibbons. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.

K. Sockwell adjourned the meeting at 6:21PM.
