Chairperson K. Sockwell called the meeting to order at 6:18PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. Kevin Sockwell, Mr. Cody Gibbons, and Ms. Bonnie Taylor.
C. Gibbons moved to adopt the minutes from 12 December 2021. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
C. Gibbons moved to adopt the minutes from 15 February 2022. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
C. Gibbons moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by B. Taylor. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.
