RULES & ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

Councilor R. Summers called the meeting to order at 7:06PM. A quorum was established with the following members present: Mr. Rodney Summers, Mr. Kevin Sockwell, and Mr. Mike Ritter.

Election of the Chair was held by secret ballot. R. Summers was elected the Committee Chair. 

Ritter moved to recommend “An Ordinance Regulating the Placement and Size of Street Address Numbers Within the Village of Jeromesville” for adoption with amendments. Seconded by R. Summers. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Ritter moved to recommend “An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Slow Moving Vehicles Within the Village of Jeromesville” for adoption with amendments. Seconded by K. Sockwell. No discussion. Aye votes, M. Ritter and K. Sockwell. Abstained, R. Summers. The motion carried 2-0-1.

Summers moved to recommend “An Ordinance Regulating Garbage Collection” for adoption. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously. 

Summers moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by M. Ritter. No discussion. Motion carried unanimously.   

Chairman Summers adjourned the meeting at 8:00PM.
